If a member faces an issue — with a customer, employer, employee, or supplier — VBC Unity steps in.
Call or WhatsApp your area coordinator with the issue and basic details within 48 hours.
A trained VBC mediator is assigned within 24 hours of your report.
Mediator meets both sides separately and together if mutually agreed.
Fair resolution proposed based on VBC standards and community norms.
Unresolved disputes escalated to district-level VBC committee for final ruling.
